Welcome. For over two decades, I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are seeking seeking psychotherapy to understand depression symptoms, an anxiety attack or just want to make life better by building new social and emotional skills to navigate challenges, emotions and behaviors that are overwhelming.

My office is located on 15-501, close to Interstate 40. It is convenient to Chapel Hill, Durham, and surrounding areas in the Triangle.

Please take a moment and look through my site. Contact me with any questions or should you desire to set up an initial consultation.
